With glittering eyes...
We are heading off on vacation. A week at the beach.
Watching Daniel play tennis for the first three days.
This is the story of the journey of my life. Travel can be hard work. So much to see. So little time. So many missed connections. So much lost luggage. But every stop, every detour, every challenge along the way provides a lesson to be learned. Traveling mercies to us all.

What gorgeous pictures! And the giant shoe in the foreground is a hoot. If I had to guess, I'd say the shoe of a boy/young man. But I could be wrong.
Julie, I wish you were right in your assessment of the foot in the foreground. Actually, that is my size 11 foot in the picture. As tough as it is to find comfortable and attractive shoes for them, these huge feet of mine have carried me all over this country, Europe, and several countries in Central and South America.
I pray to have a far more petite size 8 foot in my next life... I am hoping for a radically transformed new body!
Ah, sounds wonderfully refreshing! Hope that you have a fantastic trip!!
THAT is a fantastic quote!!!
